Good things should share thats what i always think.
Grats and applause to myself that i succeed in putting on weight.
And yes im very happy for the result.
Girls out there please don't think this is funny because i really tried very hard for the pass of my life.
Seeing doctor makes no improvement.
Signing up gaining weight programme not only makes me waste money and the worse thing i keep having dirraheo.
But thanks god and sis for introducing me the pills her colleaque helps me to get from vietnam.
And so tada .. from 35kg im finally 41 now.
6kg gain and so from today i shall bid goodbye to the 30s.
46kg should be an idea weight but even if i go up to 50kg im not scared.
To most of the gals putting on weight is their nightmare.
To me its better than striking the lottery.
Kill Me If You Want For Saying So.

Things i eat
1) orange juice / water / milo
2) chicken essence
3) cheese (at least 5 slices per day)
4) rice (cant go without it)
5) vegetable and meat with lotsa of fats (my fav.)
6) instant noodle (not healthy but yummy)
7) snacks
8) fruits
Lets see how much weight i can put on when i reach the end of this week.
